Johansson, Elisabeth

Elisabeth Johansson is a pastry chef with a broad competence and experience. She has released many highly appreciated cook books and has been awarded for best dessert book of the year (2007). As a food consultant she writes for food magazines and appears in cooking programs on television. She has also been cooking for the annual and prestigious Nobel-banquet. At the 2004 Food-Olympics she won a gold medal in the category for best pastry chef.
